Morning Yoga Essential Oil Blend

The Morning Yoga blend has been created to kickstart that special morning session of yoga.

Ingredients:

- Frankincense

- Peppermint

- Lavender

• Relaxes, calmes and regenerates
• Improves mental agility
• Improves anxiety and stress
• Aids Concentration

• For use with the Lintro Waterless diffuser: First remove the dropper, then attach the bottle and insert into the diffuser. Please make sure the white plug pipe is removed from the bottle before inserting into the diffuser.
• For use with all other water based diffusers: add 6-8 drops per 100ml of water.
• For use on wrists,back of neck & feet: dilute at 2-3% with a carrier oil of choice.

• For external use only.
• Avoid contact with sensitive areas such as eyes.
• Do not apply undiluted to the skin.
• Keep out of reach of children.
